Co-Founder & Director
Young Choi, Co-Founder and Director of Joi Construction, brings a wealth of experience having worked in South Korea in senior business management positions at Samsung and Hyundai, before relocating to the UK. Young’s operational and management skills combined with his love for the construction industry and a passion for delivering excellence in every project ensures the best outcomes in every project.
Malvir Johal
Co-Founder & Director
Malvir’s brings +10 year’s of construction industry knowledge with a background in both architectural and structural design. Malvir graduated from Leicester School of Architecture and has played a leading role in construction projects of all scales across the UK. Malvir’s unique blend of creative vision and technical expertise ensures that every project’s design concept is realised on site.

Kitchen & Bespoke Joinery
With in-house joiners, we offer kitchen fitting, installation including building bespoke hand-built kitchens, wardrobes and joinery.
